established complex built in 2005, Our apartment is very well positioned
close to the centre of Sunny Beach. Very spacious, low floor, pool
view with 2 balconies. Located within easy reach of bars and restaurants, and only 250
metres from the gorgeous sandy beach! Our Apartment is situated about 150m from the
bus station, and 400m from the Kuban, in the direction of Nessebar, The
Trakia Plaza, casino and tennis courts are 50m from the Apartments.

Our apartment is on the second floor, 1 bedroom with king size double bed. There
are 2 balconies, balcony 1 is overlooking the children's pool, a larger
more private balcony, can be accessed via the bedroom or the lounge. The
apartment has a kitchenette with fridge, oven and hob. The lounge is
very well presented with double and single sofa beds, cable TV, DVD
player, cd player, and is air conditioned, at no extra charge.
The bedroom has a king size double bed, wardrobe, full
length mirror bedside cabinets, drawer space and T.V.
The apartment will comfortably sleep 4 adults, or a
family of up to 5. Non smoking, except for on the balconies.
The complex has a restaurant,
outdoor swimming pool with children's section, free
sunbeds, shops, lifts, reception lounge and cafe/bar.
Low cost flights

With flights from Luton to Bourgas, 3 times weekly, at
a cost starting from less than £100 return.
Aerlingus have now introduced flights from Dublin to
Bourgas twice weekly starting 11th June08.

Sunny Beach is 15-20 mins. Pre book your transfer by
luxury A/C vehicle at a cost of 50Leva each way for up
